Congratulations to all our Year 5 and 6 students who participated in the 5 day camp at North Keppel Island last week. All students were actively involved in learning about looking after our environment to ensure a sustainable future. Over the week our students learnt about the history of North Keppel Island and explored the many features of the island from hiking across the island and visiting the islands that surround North Keppel to exploring the reefs and for many completing their first snorkelling experience. Students are congratulated on their consistent efforts at taking on new challenges and supporting each other when their peers may have needed encouragement. From the classroom discovery of plankton all students were congratulated on their deepening knowledge of the island and demonstrating scientific knowledge that they could all be proud of.
